SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your enrollment in and receipt of text message notifications from websites operated by Tomorrow Jobs LLC ("Tomorrow Jobs," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive SMS messages on any website in the Tomorrow Jobs Network, you agree to these SMS Terms in addition to the applicable website's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description and Enrollment

Tomorrow Jobs operates a family of job listing and employment opportunity websites (the "Tomorrow Jobs Network"). SMS messages sent through the Tomorrow Jobs Network may include job alerts, matched career opportunities, employer communications, account notifications, and other employment-related information you've requested, all corresponding to your enrolled profile.

To enroll in Tomorrow Jobs SMS notifications, you must provide your name, email address, and a valid U.S. mobile phone number, and affirmatively consent to receive SMS messages through the enrollment form on a Tomorrow Jobs Network website. By doing so, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS/text messages from Tomorrow Jobs and its affiliated websites, sent to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.

You confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of any purchase, employment, or service.

2. Message Frequency, Data Rates, and Carrier Information

Message frequency varies based on your profile, your interactions with the Tomorrow Jobs Network, and the relevance of available opportunities. You may receive multiple messages per day, per week, or fewer, depending on employer activity.

Standard message and data rates may apply to messages sent to and from your mobile device, as determined by your wireless carrier. Tomorrow Jobs does not charge for messages sent through this program. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan's messaging rates.

Tomorrow Jobs SMS notifications are available through most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier availability may vary and is subject to change. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery attributable to carrier network issues or device incompatibility.

3. STOP and HELP Instructions

You may opt out of Tomorrow Jobs SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message received from us. After sending STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number unless you re-enroll. If you enrolled from a different number, you must reply STOP from that number or contact us directly.

You may also request removal by emailing info@jobsgreat.com with your name and mobile number.

4. Privacy of Mobile Information and Nature of Messages

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent data with unaffiliated third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information may be shared among Tomorrow Jobs and its parent and subsidiary companies solely to operate this SMS program and deliver your enrolled notifications. Mobile information collected through this SMS program is also used to facilitate message delivery through our authorized service providers, who are bound by confidentiality obligations and prohibited from using your data for their own marketing purposes.

Messages delivered through the Tomorrow Jobs Network are informational notifications related to your enrolled profile, including job listings, career opportunities, and account activity. Tomorrow Jobs does not guarantee employment outcomes, interview opportunities, or the availability of any specific position. We do not represent, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any employer communication.

5. Changes to This Program and Contact Information

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the SMS notification program at any time. We may also change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the program and will notify you of such changes. Messages (including STOP or HELP requests) sent to a short code or telephone number that has been changed may not be received, and we will not be responsible for honoring requests contained in such messages. If we make material changes to these SMS Terms, we will notify enrolled users prior to the change taking effect or as otherwise required by applicable law.
